- InConcert, Inc. (December 1994 - April 1997)
- Wrote and tested courseware to teach customers to use InConcert, a complex object-oriented client-server workflow management system.
- Developed computer labs to teach PC and UNIX GUIs and VB programming.
- Taught classes at Cambridge and Palo Alto, CA.
- Installed and maintained PC and UNIX software, including Oracle and Sybase DBMS.
- Lotus Development Corp. (April 1997 - June 1997) Wrote a 150-page tutorial to teach developers to use LotusScript, a Visual Basic-like language, to customize Lotus 1-2-3 under Windows 95.
- Computervision Corp. (September 1997 - December 1997)
- Developed internal course to teach the effect of changes in last two revs of CADDS 5 CAD/CAM software on customer processes.
- Updated a two-week customer course with changes necessitated by the last two revs.
