Our name is The Sox Magazine By Kids. We are a magazine about baseball by kids. But kids don’t do it all. People send in articles each month and they go in our magazine. Our magazine was started in March 2003. The magazine that sells in 7+ states comes out every month from March through October and costs one dollar. Our magazine was started by a kid who thought that older people who wrote in big newspapers weren't real fans -- they just wrote about the team for a living. So considering he lived in Boston and was a huge Red Sox fan he decided to begin a magazine on the Red Sox. He goes to some games and gets the right news at the right time. People who like the Red Sox and don’t live in Boston get informed about how the team is doing and can also read different articles from kids and older people. There are also regular features, such as, Player of The Month, Around the Minors, and Who will be Top this Month. People in the Boston area can get a new view on the Red Sox as well as enter to win prizes like tickets. People can send in articles whatever their age because this magazine is for everyone.
