• Hourly Commercial Rate: $75.00 / Per Hour*
• Same Day Service available by contract
• No Same Day Response Charges for Contract Customers

Non-Contract Customers

• Hourly Commercial Rate: $95.00 / Per hour*
• Same Day Response Charge 35.00 Per Round Trip

In Shop Repair Rate: $60.00 / Per hour ***

*Service Contracts are $397.00 per month and are geared for customers that typically use more than 4 hours of service a month.

** Annual Service Contacts are available at negotiated rates.

***Simple PC Repair, Network Problems are higher

• Minor - Simple Questions (10 Minutes or less)
   Free for our customers
• Complex issues or Hands on Remote Control support
   Normal rates apply.
