Traveling North

Take 1-95 North to exit 3, the first Portsmouth exit. Turn right onto Route 33 eastbound, proceeding eastbound for about 1.5 miles (Route 33 changes into Middle Road). At the fork in the road, bear right onto South Street, at the 1st traffic light take your left onto Middle Street. Go through the 1st traffic light and take your next right onto Richards Avenue. Take your 1st left onto Parrott Avenue. We are the third building on your left.

Traveling South

Take 1-95 South to exit 7, downtown Portsmouth, the first exit after the Piscataqua River. Take a left at the end of the ramp onto Market Street Extension and follow into the downtown area. You'll come into Market Square (one- way traffic). At the first light take your left onto Fleet Street. You'll go through one traffic light and then come to a stop sign. At the stop sign take a right onto Court Street. Take your next left onto Rogers Street. At the end of street take your left onto Parrott Avenue. We are the first building on the left.

From Concord

Take Route 4 to Traffic Circle, in circle take 2nd right onto Rt. 1 Bypass South,; at third light take a left onto Greenleaf Ave; at end of short road bear left onto Lafayette/Middle Road; After two traffic lights take your right onto Richards Avenue, then take your first left onto Parrott Avenue. We are the third brick building on your left.

From Portsmouth Traffic Circle

From the traffic circle take Rt. 1 By-Pass South; at third light take a left onto Greenleaf Ave; at end of short road bear left onto Lafayette/Middle Road; After two traffic lights take your right onto Richards Avenue, then take your first left onto Parrott Avenue. We are the third brick building on your left.
