Founded in May 1983, The Abacus Group is a technical support & training organization assisting companies in their day to day support, operations, and training challenges. Our coaching, mentoring, and consulting expertise also helps drive the performance and education of these companies to maximize the value of their marketing and sales opportunities.

We have experience working with a wide range of organizations including Ameritech, Anixter, AT&T, Bellcore, BellSouth, CBIS, First Chicago Corporation, Intershop, Symons, Gospelcom, Lucent, Nortel, Pacific Bell, SBC (Southwestern Bell Communications), U.S. Robotics (3Com), U S WEST, and many more.

Our core practice area is actually technical support, from the old mainframes, to the current voice, telecom, and server environments, but have found over the years, that we can leverage our technology background, into the areas of training and performance support.
