First thing at a swim meet is to lay out your stuff, and relax until the events roster is posted.	Here the coaches are discussing any last minute roster changes.
The events roster is posted. Everyone crowds around to see which events they are swimming.	Hmmm... Where to scribble your events so you won't forget... On your hand of course !
