Sacramento County is preparing a corridor plan for Fair Oaks Boulevard between Oak Avenue and Marshall Avenue and north to Winding Way and Manzanita Avenue. The planning builds on the ongoing Carmichael Community Plan update process and 2005 effort to prepare an initial Concept Plan for Fair Oaks Boulevard (link to report in Documents Center to right). The Corridor Plan will provide land use, development and design direction for Fair Oaks Boulevard.
