Colon, Panama Waterfront Plan
RACESTUDIO worked with the Harrison Price Company, and International Resort and Tourism Advisors (INTRA) on this waterfront redevelopment plan for Colon on behalf of the Country of Panama.
The plan included an extensive implementation element reflecting the capabilities and interests of public and private investors.
Philippine Shopping and Entertainment Centers
RACESTUDIO assisted Space Design in programming and planning three shopping malls in the Philippines located in Davo City, Cebu, and Manila. Professional services included facilitating client working sessions where market and business strategies were developed. RACESTUDIO prepared a retail merchandising concept plan, massing and stacking plans for the centers. SOM were the architects for the projects.
Star City, Shanghai, China
RACESTUDIO assisted HOK design a retail and entertainment center in Shanghai, China. The design featured a curving mall and entertainment rotunda space. A plaza space and water feature act as a forecourt for the development.
