Homes shall be acquired by Sept. 20, 2001!

Mulberry Street Association is nearly history as this mitigation that began in 1999 is about to be finalized. On October 6th MSA intends upon gathering upon the banks of the Assumpink Creek one final time as a community in unity to break bread.

Mulberry Street Association extends its heart felt condolence to all victims that befell our country September 11, 2001. The horrifying and tragic attacks upon our country by Islamic extremists is not an act of heroism in our eyes. But rather a cowardly attack by a group of misguided souls, who took many innocent lives in the shallow and hallow word of vengeance. Ignorance indeed is the tool of violence, and may God have mercy upon them all.


The top most picture shows all but 3 acquired properties of phase 1 of this mitigation. The middle picture shows phase 2 properties that by September 20, 2001 City will have acquired on paper at least. So far out of phase 2 all of about 2 homes shall be finalized September 20,2001 with the City still in negotiations with non-MSA members over the remainder. The final picture above shows an aerial view of phases 1&2 of this mitigation.
