Look At What Your Tax Dollar Provides Free Parking for Business and Employees!

Welcome to the Spring Edition of MSA! The year 2003 2 years has gone by after phases 1 & 2 were completed of a 3 phase process of the Mitigation of Mulberry Street.

The photos above illustrate what your tax dollars has gone for, free parking for a Used Car dealer and employees of Scarpatti's Salvage. The area in the first set of pictures above show how Scarpatti's heavy trucks has totally killed all grass after this area, which was phases 1&2 was recliamed by the Federal Government in the Mitigation process.

The second set of photos clearly shows how the Used Car Dealer on the corner is using public property to extend his showroom! Cars sitting on public street with no license tags upon them otherwise would be consider abandoned vehicles and subject to impoundment by local Police! Yet this dealership is using your tax dollar to make a profit!

Since the end of phase 2 in 2001 members are bitter that phase 3 seems to be non-existant, and how the very people who raped their insurance companies in false flooding claims are still there at the ready to profit from yet another flood. According to Project Impact this Mitigation came about due too increased flood claims, yet they failed to pin point WHO was making those claims, instead these businessmen are poised to make further false flooding claims and profit!
