What we have here is a lack communication!

As Phase 3 of the Federal Mitigation of Mulberry Street grinds to a halt! Depicted above are photos taken 7/3/2003 of completed Phases 1&2. The business's and employees have yet to comply with City Council warnings about parking or usage of mitigated properties of Phase's 1&2.

It's good to know our tax money will go to re-seed and plant the areas where vehicles had killed all the grass. And it's great to know City owned property is being profitted from by a Used Car Dealership who has extended his showroom upon City owned property at tax payer expense!
