Result can be note perfect, virtuoso performance, like Horowitz!
Is possible to play performance slowly and then speed up to tempo
This is “cheating” though!!
For concertos with orchestra, record solo part first. Analyze orchestral score to determine where each note of each instrument coincides with piano. Insert each note manually, sometimes calculating its position. Balance all parts for correct harmony effect. Very time consuming!
