In ATM, Book 3, Horace H. Selby presented several prescriptions for telescope eyepieces. Many of these prescriptions are replicated here as links to ZEMAX and OSLO files (.zmx and .len).
Each prescription is scaled to a focal length of 100 mm. This made for relatively error-free data entry (hopefully). As few changes as possible were made to the prescriptions, in order to keep the reference to the original work somewhat clean. A key exception to this is the actual working distance, which was set to a photopically optimized value.
For glass choices, I opined the Sumita catalog had the closest set of glasses to those in the Selby table. I restricted myself to that catalog, as it was available to both the ZEMAX and OSLO models. The actual icodes given in the original Selby table are provided in the System Notes in the prescription files.
