A few years ago, he wrote a memoir, describing his childhood in Europe before World War II, his war-time and post-war experiences, and his subsequent experiences in Israel and the United States. [PDF HTML]
His daughter-in-law, the late Amy Silberberg, wrote a poem on the 50th anniversary of his liberation from the Nazi concentration camps.
The granddaughter of a friend of his wrote this poem a few days before he died and was able to read it to him.
