WHAT TO DO
when she doesn't call:
relax, if possible
listen to music
read
watch a good movie
play on the computer
work on a project
write something
paint something
find something to do in the city
when she hurts me or I am hurting:
do NOT call her
relax
call Mom or my brother or Jonathan
write down exactly how it feels
sing songs to myself (write them down afterwards)
lay on the floor in front of the stereo
make something delicious to eat
remember it is better to do nothing than something
do anything to make time pass
when talking to her:
allow her to speak even if it means long silences
stick to my feelings
do NOT attempt to understand her actions
listen carefully for her feelings
ALWAYS GO SLOW, ALWAYS BE PATIENT
it is better to panic alone than to panic with her
