OmniSciHCD®'s USALOVESKIDS® Program strives to promote unity among all our People for the sake of all our People, each of whom begins life as a child.

 

We have a dream!  That each and every child in America will have first‑rate educational opportunities, with unlimited access to state‑of‑the‑art resources, including outstanding international human resources, all accessible in our "global village" via the Internet in a wide variety of formats, including interactive "hands‑on" virtual‑reality systems and virtual face-to-face meetings (multipoint videoconferencing) for "town hall" discussions, lectures, and workshops.  True affirmative action to create equal employment opportunities necessitates such first‑rate, equal educational opportunities.

 

To create first‑rate educational opportunities, one must create a powerful paradigm shift in our National consciousness in re national education policies and programs.  Such a paradigm shift necessitates, at the very least, that one reexamine and integrate the many family‑ and education‑related functions of the Departments of Education, Health and Human Services, Housing and Urban Development, Labor, and Justice, and of their counterparts at all levels of governance of the People by the People for the People.

 

To play a meaningful role in such a significant new creation necessitates that each one of us empowers oneself by becoming knowledgeable about such agencies, and that one establishes networks and collaborative alliances with other self‑empowered individuals who share our dream and vision of our future as a Great Nation of Equal Educational and Employment Opportunities where each of our citizens can truly develop oneself to the limits of one's innate talents and abilities.

 

A child cannot learn appropriately if s/he is at risk ‑‑ malnourished or in poor health or abused or uncared for or economically disadvantaged or learning disabled, etc. ‑‑ and not provided with the necessary resources.  To break the cycle of producing poorly educated, noncompetitive young adults and the accompanying social ills of recessions, unemployment, poverty, negligence, abuse, and crime, OmniSciHCD®'s USALOVESKIDS® Program proposes that one must have integrated community‑based resources and services (e.g., with health, educational, employment, and social services functioning jointly) which are consonant with the unique needs of each local community, no matter how large or small, whether it be an urban or isolated rural community.  Each community must ponder questions such as:  "Should each child in our isolated rural community travel for 1-3 hours each day to attend an isolated school with limited facilities, and limited Human Capital and other resources, or should that same child stay home to communicate and socialize with her/his teachers, mentors, and peers from home via the Internet by using real-time, full-frame videoconferencing, thereby accessing state-of-the-art educational resources and facilities at remote (national or international) sites?

 

To create a shared sense of community and organizational mission, such integrated community-based resources and services will necessarily have to be networked together with appropriately integrated local, state, and federal agencies by integrating all relevant local, state, and federal agency functions, independent of each agency's stated mission.  To accomplish this effectively, one must use all of the state-of-the-art resources (e.g., wireless videoconferencing; etc.) as they become available to our Nation.

 

To accomplish this dream, one must create a shared sense of national mission among all our compatriots at all levels of governance.  To do this, one must communicate clearly a powerful vision of the future we foresee in order to initiate a dialogue among all of us, to explore what we, as a nation of individuals, don't yet know we don't know, so that we can reap the infinite possibilities of which we are not yet aware.  Only then can each of us individually take focused actions, all of which together will lead to a unity of action with meaningful results.
