Doctorate of Education: Instructional Leadership Program Specifics In order to maintain a low student-faculty ratio, class size is limited to a cohort of twenty-five. Classes are scheduled to accommodate the needs of the working educator. One evening class is offered each fall and spring, and during each summer, three courses are scheduled. Guided dissertation support is provided for each student throughout the sixty credit program. The program timeline is scheduled to accommodate working professionals. Courses, including the disseration seminars, are scheduled to be completed with approximately four and a half years. In addition to learning from our own outstanding faculty, students will be taught by leading members of the educational community.
