You cannot read your e-mail:

1.        Log onto the wpsnet (or wednet).

If you are on a Windows 95 or 98 computer and using Microsoft Office 95/6.0:

1. Right click with the mouse button on the icon, InBox.

2. Select from the small gray window, Properties.

3. Select Microsoft Exchange Server (If Microsoft Exchange Server is not available select Add and add it.)

4. Select Properties.

5. Check that the Microsoft Exchange Server is: WANPO01  (in the first/top white window)

6. Highlight the name in the mailbox (in the second white window) and then type your username.

7. Select Check Name.  Your real name should appear and it should be underlined.  Click on OK.

8. Select Personal Address Book.

9. Select Properties.

10. In Path box (second white window box )  type in h:\username.pab  (for example h:\robys.pab). Click on OK.

If you are on a Windows 2000 computer or a Windows 98 computer and using Microsoft Office 2000:

1. Right click with the mouse button on the icon, OutLook.

2. Select from the small gray window, Properties.

3. Select Microsoft Exchange Server (If Microsoft Exchange Server is not available select Add and add it.)

4. Select Properties.

5. Check that the Microsoft Exchange Server is: WANPO01 (in the first/top white window)
