If you cannot send e-mail from within an Internet site:

If you are on a Windows XP computer, call the help Desk at 5485. 

If you are on a Windows 2000 computer or Windows 95/98 computer and using Microsoft Office 2000:

Open Internet Explorer:

1. Select the Tool menu.

2. Select Internet Options.

3. Select the Programs tab. 

4. Microsoft Outlook should be selected for E-mail: 

 

If you are on a Windows 95 computer and using Microsoft Office 95/6.0:

Open Internet Explorer:

1. Select the Tool menu.

2. Select Internet Options.

3. Select the Programs tab.

4. Exchange should be selected for E-mail:
