Your mouse and/or keyboard are not working correctly
q Check that the cable attaching the keyboard and/or mouse to the CPU is securely connected (at both ends).
q Restart the computer:
If the mouse is working...
choose the restart option on the Shutdown Options window (Click on the Start button on the Taskbar and then select Shut Down)
If the keyboard is working and it is a Windows 95 or 98 computer...
hold down Ctrl key, Alt key and tap Delete key two times to restart
If the keyboard is working and it is a Windows 2000 or XP computer...
hold down Ctrl key, Alt key and Delete and select "Shut Down" to restart the computer.
