Mapping your computer to a networked printer

1. From the Windows Desktop, select Start.

2. Select Settings.

3. Select Printers.

4. Select Add A Printer.

5. Follow the Wizard, selecting Network printer in the second screen.

6. Follow the Wizard, selecting Browse for Printer.

7. The printers are located on a print server, called WANPS01 (Stanley printers will be on a printer server called WANPS02.)

8. Double click on WANPS01.

9. Scroll through the list, looking for the network printer that you want to connect to:

10. Double click on the printer name.

11. Continue following the wizard, selecting the printer to be the default, or not. 

11. Click on finish.
