In order to make a great deal of money you need a healthy mind and body. I am going to talk about two areas that will improve your mind and body.

First exercise- try to get a half-hour exercise in the morning and again at night. Most any physical activity counts. While your watching the investment programs on TV, do some exercises. Your best bet is to get some exercise and be paid for it at the same time. For example:

You are what you eat…

As your mother has always told you- breakfast is the most important meal of the day-even if you are not hungry. If you eat breakfast and lunch you will not over eat in the evening, because you will not be as hungry. When you eat a heavy supper and snack before bed, the food lays in your belly and turns to fat instead of muscle. If you have food in your belly at night it is also harder to sleep. Four or five smaller meals are better than two big ones. A good nights sleep is important. Try to get 8-9 hours each night. It will be easy to do if you exercise. You will awaken refreshed and mentally alert.

Try to limit your fat intake to 30%. Complex carbohydrates are the best along with some protein. Do not cut your fat out all together, you do need some fats. I would suggest fruits, veggies, whole grains (cereal is great with fruit) and lean meats.
