Due to lack of snow at Saima
NOTCHVIEW RACE ON SUNDAY, FEB 10, TO BE HELD AS 
Eastern Cup and JOQ QUALIFIER
(May need to move to Prospect or Grafton Ponds if not enough snow)

If this plan doesn't work, it may move to back to Saima Park on Feb. 24.
