Supreme Commander                             1 

The Supreme Commander is Ren the Unclean, 8^th of the Nine. He is the highest rank individual in the Barad-wath garrison.

Fortress Commander                             1

The Fortress Commander is Sûl Hormuth who also functions as the Commander of the Mannish troops. He reports directly to the Supreme Commander.

The Uruk warriors are organized into units of 10 each with a single Sergeant. The five Uruk Sergeants in charge of units of Uruk warriors are under the command of the 1^st Lieutenant Commander. The remaining 11 Uruk Sergeants command companies of Orcs and are under the command of the 2^nd Uruk Lieutenant Commander. The 3^rd Lieutenant Commander functions as a special assistant to the Uruk Commander. All Lieutenant Commanders are under the direct command of the Uruk Commander.

The Orcs are organized into units of 10 elite or non-elite warriors. Each unit has an Orc Sergeant assigned to it. Every 5 Orc units are organized into a company that is under the command of an Uruk Sergeant. Each Orc tribe has an informal Tribal Commander who reports to an Uruk Lieutenant Commander. The Tribal Commanders are responsible for managing intra-tribe disputes and assisting in inter-tribe disputes. Each Tribal Commander has a single Lieutenant Commander to assist him. The Orc Shaman reports directly to the Fortress Commander.

Barad-wath Architecture Team 

Since the design of Barad-wath was completed months ago by the Architecture Team it’s main function now is to monitor the construction and insure that it is carried out to the specifications of their design. The Design Managers and Design Coordinators report to the Senior Design Manager while the Senior Design Manager reports to the Chief Architect. The Chief Architect reports directly to the Fortress Commander. The team consists of Men and Uruks:

Barad-wath Construction Team 

The Construction Team at Barad-wath is responsible for work required to complete the construction of Barad-wath. The team consists of engineers and craftsman that are Mannish, Orc and Uruk-hai. The engineers report to the Construction Supervisor while the craftsmen report to the engineers. The Construction Supervisor reports to the Fortress Commander. The team consists of:
