  1. Dr. Wim Verhagen (Doug Hoover) – President of the ESB Colonies – Dr. Verhagen is known for his ruthless treatment of those that do not agree with him. His contempt for the Mars born is legendary.
  2. Dr. Vladimir Shostakovich (Edwin Karat) – Chief Scientist of the ESB Colonies – Dr. Shostakovich is considered by the entire scientific community of Mars to be the greatest intellect on the planet. His numerous contributions to science has made everyone on Mars’ life easier.
  3. Ludwig Furtwangler (Aaron Newman) – ESB Earth Ambassador – He is the eyes, ears, and mouth of ESB Earth. His conviction to serve his post frequently leads to clashes with Dr. Verhagen.
  4. Jose Macedo (Don Foley) – President of the NASB Colonies – The only Mars born in a colony leadership position, Jose Macedo is known for his staunch support for the rights of all colonists. His tireless efforts on behalf of the Mars born has made him the champion of the down trodden.
  5. Rodrigo Granda (Matthew Volk) – NASB Earth Ambassador – Rodrigo is not cut from the same cloth as Jose Macedo and he is frequently pressing for more attention to NASB Earth’s directives.
  6. Amos Ngotho (Sam Hariton) – High Priest of the ASB Colonies – Few have met the High Priest as his visits to Mars Commerce are short and rare. His unusual dress and odd entourage are unforgettable for those that do.
  7. Dr. Denga Shan (Keri Ogarzalek) – Chairwoman of the PSB Colonies – Although she is well known for her taste for the exotic and her stable of men, Dr. Shan has also proven to be one of the most successful leaders of the PSB Colonies. This success has not come without a price and the PSB Colonies are filled with the losers of her social experiment.
  8. Srey Neth (John D’Agosta) – PSB Earth Ambassador – He is known for his many public confrontations with Chairwoman Shan over her actions however it appears that she has been protected from PSB Earth by her success.
  9. Reginald Wellesley II (Ian Adams) – WPCC Chief Executive Officer – The all business somewhat aloof WPCC CEO is known for his exceptional management style and his ability to condescend to anyone on Mars.
  10. Damien Daley (Chris Shannon) – WPCC Security Chief (Chris Shannon) – An even headed leader of the WPCC Security who is known for his ability to juggle the concerns of the myriad of Mars Commerce citizens.
  11. Anne Dunn (Andrea Humez) – IAM President – A tough asteroid miner at heart, Anne Dunn has demonstrated tremendous leadership in making the IAM one of the most powerful economic forces on Mars.
  12. Matami Elham (Bess Libby) – IAM Vice President – One of the IAM billionaires who has served the organization faithfully.
