I'm currently living and working in China in the coastal city of Qingdao(aka Tsingtao) in the northeastern province of Shandong. It is located at longitude: 120° 20' 0" E, 120.3333°. It has a four seasons, a temperate maritime climate, and good air and water quality.
Qingdao is a city of approximately six million people but it's put together in such a way that it feels much smaller. It has rich and varied history being historically close to the birthplace of Taoism, a retreat and resort area for officials from the capital seat, a colonial enclave of the Germans and then Japanese, and as a major seaport, a strategic center for defense, one of the principal hubs for trade between other Asian nations and a shipping route to the south. It has an international airport and can be reached through most major airlines either directly or via Beijing, Shanghai, or Hong Kong.
