Review

Album number two from Shitar is an improvement over Solitary Confinement though still uneven and packed with fillers.  Bassist Jeff Eskow is included on 5 of the 8 tracks, which were recorded in 2 sessions in July and December. My Mom is Such a Bitch received airplay and was the band's first anthem.  It is still played in arenas throughout America and the rest of the world today.

Another highlight is the second single, Never Meant to Be, the first of many power ballads penned by Matt.  The is a marked improvement in the playing skills of the musicians, who were ripped critically for their poor skills on
their first effort.  The experimentation continues on such tracks as Dr. Faustis, a mostly instrumental minor key salute to the dark side and The Very End, a hodgepodge medley admittedly done to fill up the end of the album.
Hopefully done tongue in cheek.
