VOICE CRACK The Swiss trio of Andy Guhl, Norbert Moslang (both on fucked-up reconstructed and deconstructed everyday electronics)and Knut Remond (electronics, rattles and various noise makers). Voice Crack make severe, extreme music using the cheap disposable electronics that in today's consumer culture are often discarded. Salvaging old turntables, transistor radios, electric fans, vintage electronics and sound-emitting devices from video games and childrenÍs toys and often modifying them and rewiring them they are able to construct harsh "melodies" from recycled discarded "instruments" exploring both the defects and possibilities of these "instruments". They have also released collaborative works with the avantjazz-noise band BORBETOMAGUS.
