Description of appearance: It is a brown hardcover book with gold embossed title on front. It measures 8 inches by 6 1/2 inches. 148 pages and 25 chapters. Inner cover is red and black plaid paper. First page has a signature in pencil 'Harriette W. Baker'. Next page has engraving of Rev. Leonard Woods at his desk holding a feather pen to a written page. At bottom of engraving it reads 'Leonard Woods Andover, June 19th, 1849'. Next page is title page. It reads :
