Comments:

- Track breaks; there were extremely small gaps at the very beginning
  of each track, those were removed. Also, some songs started around 20-30
  seconds into the track, so that was changed. Each song now starts at the
  beginning of each track.
- The encore break was cut off, and the crowd noise before d3t5 was faded
  in. To avoid a sharp dropout in the sound, the end of d3t4 was faded out.
- Yes, that's Carter making that click just before Maker starts, not a track
  break error.
