These orders will result in "the present death of Hamlet" (line 70).
Claudius has sealed some orders, and given them to Rosencrantz and Guildenstern.
These orders apparently call for Hamlet to be put to death upon his arrival
in England. This obviously complicates the story. More importantly, it elevates
the level of Claudius' guilt somewhat. He now joins the ranks of other infamous
"multiple murderers," such as Macbeth, or Richard III, or O.J. Simpson.
