Soliloquy:
A soliloquy is a speech made by a character to himself. They occur frequently
in Shakespeare, and the audiences were quite used to such nonsense. As I
understand it, nobody can hear the words of the character (except, of course,
the few thousand people who are watching this idiot as he demonstrates
schizophrenic behavior in public).
