BASIC HUNTER EDUCATION COURSE

18,20,22,25,27,and 29 6:30 - 9:30
All first time applicants for hunting licenses in the
Commonwealth are required to be graduates of this course. The course is sponsored by the
Massachusetts Division of Fisheries & Wildlife and is free of charge.
Graduates are presented a certificate from the Commonwealth
which is valid in all 50 states, Canada and Mexico.
The primary instructor at Sippican will be William Jones.
Seating is limited and early registration is required.

NRA HOME FIREARM SAFETY COURSE

Course objective: To teach the basic knowledge and skills
and to explain the attitude necessary for the safe handling and storage of guns in the
home.
Length: 4 hours
Course Content:

 | Practical exercises in safe gun handling |

safe use of a rifle in target shooting.

and proper use of a handgun and provide information on the citizens right of self
defense.
