Complaint to the SEC

I have been active in the fight against SCO since the summer of 2003. Most of my work has consisted of writing formal complaints to the United States Securities and Exchange Commission about the illegal activities of SCO et al who have violated U.S. securities laws. I have compiled all of my complaints into one large complaint which you can read here if you wish.

If you have any information about illegal activities which I do not cover in my complaint then please write a complaint and send it to the SEC. You can email the SEC here.
