STG and Synchronicity Space have been at war with the real estate Gods of Manhattan. Guess who is winning? In July of 1999, our ten year lease expired at our space on Mercer Street. The rent was raised to a level that was laughably impossible for us to pay. Consequently we are now searching for a new location. It is not a particularly good time to be looking for cheap, raw space in New York City. We will keep you informed of any developments.
