Pete's Chopped Salad

(Source: Reader's Digest ChangeOne Book)

The lime + cilantro make this a very fresh-tasting salad. It's beautiful too! I added a bit of salt, some zest from the lime, and more cilantro.
(6 servings, each 330 cal)

1/2 c dropped red pepper
1/2 c chopped green pepper
1/2 C chopped cucumber
1/2 C diced red onion
1 1/2 c diced tomato
1 c corn kernels
1 C canned black beans drained
2 T red wine vinegar
1 T olive oil
1 T lime juice
2 T minced cilantro
1 jalapeno pepper, finely minced

Combine in a large bowl.
