OK, the picture is out of scale but it's still pretty big!

GIANT BURGER

Bun for Burger
Grease two cake pans (eg. disposable aluminum), 9" x 1.5"
water 1.5 c
oil 2.5 T
lemon juice 1.5 t
salt 2 t
sugar 2 T
bread flour 4 c
dry milk 3 T
onion powder 1 T
bread machine yeast	1.5 t

Reminder: t= teaspoon, T= tablespoon, 3t = 1T

If using bread machine, process on DOUGH cycle. Add more flour or water as needed after the machine mixes for a minute or two.
If using dough hook on stand mixer or hand kneading, proceed as for typical bread, up to the end of the first rise.

When the dough is ready, divide into the two cake pans. Allow to rise again until almost doubled. Brush the top with milk for browning and sprinkle with sesame seeds. Bake at 350 deg for 20-30 minutes. Cool 5 min in pan, then on a rack. Can be frozen.

Burger

2-1/2 lb ground chuck
1 lb ground sirloin
~1/4 c minced onions
1/2 c bread crumbs
2 eggs
Salt, pepper

Mix all ingredients. Divide between the same pans that were used to make the bun. To foster even cooking, use the blunt end of a spatula (or your finger!) to poke 5-6 holes in the patty. Bake in 350 deg oven for 20-30 minutes until done, using the broiler for a few minutes to brown. Or cook on grill in the pan until about 3/4 done, then carefully turn out of pan onto the grill to finish cooking and brown. Add 3-4 slices of cheese, pickles, ketchup, onions, etc.
