My God man! You need frames!!
This site makes extensive use of frames, style sheets, and at times, JavaScript (features and a language, respectively, for enhancing web page design and viewing).
If you find that your browser crashes, or does not support frames or JavaScript, or that the appearance is crappy, it might really be time to upgrade to one of the latest browsers. Case in point, if you're seeing this text, and it's a hard-to-read black color, then the browser you're viewing this in does not support certain kinds of frames, and probably doesn't understand style sheets.
Now you might think that this is a royal pain. You might worry about disk space, you may have to learn slightly different keystrokes and menus to do the things you're used to doing, and you might wonder why website designers can't just make sites work right with all browsers. You might also think that as an advocate for a new browser, I'm in the employ of one browser maker or another (nope, not today!). I know, 'cause I used to feel the same way.
The truth of the matter is that newer browsers work much better at adhering to web design standards than older browsers. They usually run faster, they've fixed a good number of bugs over the years, and they do a much better job of displaying many of the latest web technologies such as frames, JavaScript, style sheets, and the latest versions of HTML (that's Hyper-Text Markup Language for the uninitiated), that make web design and viewing so much easier and more fun.
I can't tell you what's best for your system, and after slogging through this mini-rant, you may simply choose to skip to the next site. But you'd be doing yourself a favor by upgrading, and I'd really like for you to enjoy this site by viewing it as I intended for it to be seen.
