RICE BISCUITS (I made this up on my own after trying a number of different recipes) preheat oven to 400 degrees 2 cups brown rice flour 1 + 1/2 tsp xanthum gum 2 tbsp honey (or three if you like) 1/2 tsp baking soda 1 tsp salt 1 + 1/4 cups water whisk dry ingredients add water whip by hand for a while (aerate and get water absorbed) if its really soupy, add rice flour if its really stiff, add water the whipping is very key to getting the desired texture add water if the mixture gets "too stiff" place large dollops on greased cookie sheet brush lightly with vegetable oil and sprinkle with salt bake 20-25 minutes at 400 degrees
