CARE GROUPS AT TRINITY COVENANT CHURCH:

The Care Groups at Trinity were formed to support and minister to our church family. It would be impossible for the pastor, alone, to care for everyone. The concept of the Care Groups is to appoint leaders to keep in touch with a dozen families each, to provide support from the church in times of illness, hospitalization, death, etc. They can help connect their people with resources available from the church, including meals, childcare, rides to medical appointments, etc. They will notify the pastor when situations call for pastoral care. The chair of the Congregational Care and Discipleship Commission oversees the leaders and is in constant communication with the pastor.
