Instructions
Click 'go' to start the stairmaster, 'stop' to
stop it, and 'reset' to reset all the statistics.
Move the mouse back and forth over the two feet to
climb the stairmaster. Do not click on the feet.
To launch the stairmaster, click on the amount of
time you'd like to spend on it.
Required: Javascript Enabled Netscape 3 or 4, or IE4.
