Are you having a
BAD HAIR DAY?
So am I, but at least I finally updated the page!
(Now it's kind of a photo gallery... no more big, long stories!
I promise!)

What's missing from this photo?
I shot the above photo on Wednesday March 12, 1997, somewhere
in Los Angeles. The occasion was the shooting of the made-for-TV movie "Safety
Patrol" featuring Al and the band. The original photo had a certain
detail which I have deleted to avoid "spoiling" the band's big
scene in the movie.
Can you guess what it is? Click HERE for the

Photo (of me!) by Jon "Bermuda"
Schwartz
That's another shot from the "Safety Patrol" shoot.
I happened to be on vacation in California at the time of the shoot, so
I got to hang out during most of the band's shooting day (Al himself returned
for a second day of filming). Bermuda and I got pretty sunburned that day!
Prosthetic Lips is
the ultimate tribute album! 21 fans donated 23 recordings ranging from originals
and covers to parodies, spoken word recordings, and even a Dickie Goodman-style
interview with Al!
The project was well over a year in the making and cassette tapes are digitally
mastered and they are now available. Click on the album cover art or name
to go to the Prosthetic
Lips homepage!
