Products for G Scale
MightyBright High Intensity Constant Lighting Units for LGB
These five lighting units provide bright interior lighting for most LGB G Scale passenger cars and cabooses. Each of the MightyBright units mounts on the inside of the roof of the car using the plastic mounting bosses molded into the car interior, and uses from three to six LGB 5051/1 style light bulbs per unit to light the car interior. The brightness of the lights increases with track voltage up to 9 Volts, and remains constant for track voltages above 9 Volts. This results in very bright interior lighting for every track voltage at which the train is normally operated.
The MightyBright units are completely assembled and prewired, making their installation simple and fast. Power pickup can be made using LGB metal wheel sets (LGB 3019/1) and electrical contact parts (LGB 3019/3), or the cars can be wired together and connected to the engine power pickups. Installation of most of the units requires no modification of the cars themselves, so use of the MightyBright units does not harm the cars' collector value. The units have been designed to be small and inconspicuous in the cars, to present the least visual distraction, while providing the brightest interior lighting available. Finally, use of the LGB 5051/1 type bulbs ensures local availability of replacement bulbs for the MightyBright owner.

No. G5 -- MightyBright for Large U. S. Cabooses $34.95
Interior lighting and a flashing warning beacon for LGB U. S. style four axle cabooses, including 40710 and 42710. MightyBright G5 requires drilling two holes in the caboose cupola wall to install the flashing warning beacon on the cupola roof, in place of the existing dummy warning beacon. Those not wishing to modify their cars can still use MightyBright G5 to provide interior lighting for these cars without using the warning beacon if they wish.

Ordering Information
To order TracTronics products, send us a list of the products desired, along with your personal check for the total list price plus $7 US shipping and handling within the United States. For shipment to points within the state of Illinois, you must also include 6.75% Illinois sales tax.
For Canada shipments, shipping and handling charges are either $10 US or $14 US, depending on your postal code. Call us and we will advise. Please make payment in US funds. For assembled units shipped to Canada, you must pay the GST to the shipper when the products arrive; there is no GST on electronics kits. We will handle the customs and export paperwork at this end.
International shipments go by US Post Office. If you are ordering from overseas, we will need to iron out the details for your country and advise you as to shipping and handling charges, which may add some time.
