     Attorney Logan is a graduate of New England School of Law in Boston, Massachusetts. He received his undergraduate degree from Boston University, where he majored in History.  He is admitted to the State and Federal Bar of Massachusetts.

     Attorney Logan's previous experience includes his five year former employment at the Suffolk Probate & Family Court, and his internships with the Cambridge District Court Probation Department, Shelter Legal Services Foundation, Inc., and the Suffolk County District Attorney's Office.   He also owns and operates New England Constable Service.

     Mr. Logan is an elected Town Meeting member in Arlington and is also active in soccer as United States Soccer Federation Referee.

                                                                        ATTORNEY NISTORESCU'S PROFILE

     Attorney Nistorescu is a graduate of New England School of Law in Boston, Massachusetts.  She received her undergraduate degree from Boston University, where she was a member of the Psi Chi Honor Society.  While at New England School of Law, Attorney Nistorescu was honored with the CALI Mental Health Law Award.  Attorney Nistorescu's previous activities included her being a founding member of  the Children's Law Society, memberships in the International Law Society and Sports and Entertainment Law Society.  She is admitted to the State Bar of Massachusetts.

     Attorney Nistorescu's previous experience includes her internships with the Boston Municipal Court Forensic Psychology Clinic and with the Massachusetts Law Reform Institute's immigration reform section.   She is also fluent in Romanian and Spanish.
