We can deliver Mortgage Leads for just what you want, and only what you want, when and where you want to receive them.
LEAD FILTERS VARY BY MORTGAGE LEAD PROVIDERS YourLoanSource allows Lenders to choose from a broad range of Lead Filters and customize to their unique Loan Criteria. We do NOT charge a premium for Lead Filters. We believe the best way we can help our Lender Clients to close more business is to provide them with the highest quality Mortgage Loan Leads using exact loan criteria as specified by them. BY STATE Lenders have the option of selecting ONLY those States they are looking to Loan in: California Mortgage Leads, Texas Mortgage Leads, Florida Mortgage Leads, Illinois Mortgage Leads - you get the idea. A lender can select any number of states. There is no minimum number of states required. Your Lead Source offers Mortgage Loan Leads for all 50 States. We will deliver ONLY those Mortgage Leads which match the Lender's criteria. At the Lender's option, the Specific States may be changed at any time.
BY TYPE OF LEAD The Lender has the ability to specify whether they want: Purchase Mortgage Leads, Refinance Mortgage Leads, Home Equity Leads and Debt Consolidation Leads, or any combination of Mortgage Leads. We do offer Purchase Leads, Refinance Leads, and Home Equity, Debt Consolidation Leads for all 50 States. We will deliver ONLY those Mortgage Leads which match the Lender's criteria. At the Lender's option, the Types of Mortgage Leads can be changed at any time.
BY LTV The Lender can also specify the MAXIMUM LTV amount they will lend against. We will not send Mortgage Leads which exceed the selected percentage. For Example, one Lender may choose a Maximum LTV ratio of 80% for Purchase Leads, and another Lender amy opt for 90% Maximum LTV for Refinance Leads, and another Lender may desire 125% Maximum LTV for Home Equity Leads. The LTV percentage is always determined by the Lender. We will deliver ONLY those Mortgage Leads which meet the Lender's criteria. At the Lender's option, these Maximum LTV ratios can be changed at any time.
BY LOAN AMOUNT The Lender has the ability to select a MINIMUM loan amount for each type of Loan Leads they are purchasing. A lender could opt not to receive Mortgage Loan Leads for Purchases below $100,000, or for Refinance Loan Leads for amounts below $125,000, or Home Equity Loan Leads below $15,000. We will deliver ONLY those Mortgage Leads which match the Lender's criteria. At the Lender's option, these Minimum Loan amounts may be changed at any time.
BY TYPE OF PROPERTY The Lender can select to receive Mortgage Loan Leads by actual Type of Property: Single Family, Condo, Town Home, Mobile Home, Multi-Family, or Investment property. Your Lead Source will never deliver Mortgage Leads for a Type of Property the Lender has not asked to receive. The Lender can change the Type of Property Selected at any time.
BY CREDIT RATING The Lender has the option of requesting either/any/all: Excellent, Good, Fair, or Poor credit ratings. We will ONLY deliver Mortgage Leads which match the Lender's selected criteria. The Lender may opt to change the selection criteria at any time.
LENDER SELECTED LEAD FILTERS Your Lead Source provides each Lender a form for them to select specific Lead Filters for their own unique Mortgage Loan Criteria. Upon request, we will accept changes to the various Lead Filters selection, and forward a new form to verify and authorize the desired changes.
