Meeting and exceeding Borrower Expectations are a serious part of 's business.

We know our Lender clients are looking to use our Mortgage Leads to Close more Business at a Lower Cost of Sales.

Identifying borrowers, who are motivated consumers looking for a Mortgage Loan now, is why we are successful, and why our Lender clients are so successful with our Leads.

ELECTRONIC ADVERTISING

The electronic advertising that undertakes is designed to reach only those individuals who have expressed an interest in obtaining a Mortgage loan. (One of the reasons for our Lenders' high Contact and Conversion ratios)

When borrowers take the time to fill out our on-line application, they have provided both their personal information as well as detailed loan information, and they have indicated they are seeking a Mortgage Loan now.

Borrower Expectations include being contacted by up to FOUR lenders who will address their Mortgage Loan needs, perform a loan analysis, and hopefully offer them a loan choice with competitive terms.

They expect these Lenders to contact them right away, either via telephone or email (or both) based on the information they have provided.

LEAD FILTERS

sells our Mortgage Leads to Lenders who have selected specific filters. These filters ensure that we do not sell any of our Mortgage Leads to Lenders who have indicated they do want Leads which do not meet their specified filtered parameters (States, Maximum LTV, Minimum Loan Amount, Type of Property, Prime or SubPrime, etc.) Hence, our borrowers expect that the information they provide us will ensure that the Lenders who contact them are indeed interested in their specific loan requirements.

MATCHING EXPECTATIONS

None of our borrowers expect a Lender to indicate that they do not lend in their State, or that they do not lend on that type of property, or that the loan amount is too small, or that the LTV is too high.

does all it can to make sure we match Borrower requirements with Lender requirements. Such efforts eliminate LO's from wasting their time contacting consumers only to find out their loan programs or parameters do not aply to the borrower's situation.

OUR JOB

Our job is to make sure that Borrower-initiated Lead is delivered to the right Lender(s) in rapid fashion, and that borrower expectations are met.

Many of our borrowers are referrals from other customers who have been enthusiastic in recomending our service to family, friends and co-workers. To that success, we owe credit to our Lender Clients who have responded diligently and closed the Loan.
