Menna, a two-way player who also played SS in HS, has signed with James Madison.  He throws in the low 90s.  Like a number of the HS players they drafted in the later rounds, the Pirates planned to follow him over the summer.  Why they bothered is open to question, since they failed to sign any of these players, including Menna.
