Urban went 9-0, 0.91, with 65 Ks in 46 IP as a high school senior, holding opponents to a .138 BA and walking just two.  As a junior he went 6-4-1, 1.40, with 98 Ks in 60 IP.  Baseball America ranked him 28th in Texas.  His velocity got up to 91-93 early in the season, but he generally threw at 86-88, with a curve and change, and good control.  He has a commitment to Texas and will require above-slot money to sign.
