Ramos was a mainstay on the VSL staff for two years. He got his first shot at the GCL at age 19, which is good. He put up dominant numbers, but will face doubts due to his size, which is likely to limit him to relief should he reach the upper levels. Left-handed batters hit only .114 against him. He may be able to pitch at West Virginia in 2010.
