This template is based on a book by Stephen Covey called "First Things First". In his book Mr. Covey outlines an Importance paradigm by which one should try to live their life by scheduling what's IMPORTANT FIRST. Subsequent to doing this, if there is room for the URGENT, then by all means place these URGENT events on your schedule.
Your MISSION STATEMENT should be a reflection of the type of legacy you would like to leave. Consequently, your schedule on a WEEKLY BASIS and then subsequently on a DAILY BASIS, should reflect your MISSION STATEMENT.
If you don't put the MOST IMPORTANT THINGS (IMPT_URG or IMPT-urg) on your schedule FIRST, then you more than likely will schedule what is URGENT FIRST.
URGENT does NOT make it IMPORTANT. You therefore, should plan your week by scheduling or placing your MOST IMPORTANT GOALS on your schedule FIRST under each respective role. Subsequent, to scheduling what's MOST IMPORTANT, you can then determine what else can COMFORTABLY fit on your schedule for the coming week.

All data is entered under each respective role and monitored in the This Week or Today Notepads
This template is an original design of mine that was prompted by the lack of depth in the Manager's template which shipped with Ecco Pro. I am a manager by profession, so it was not that difficult to incorporate some of my experience into this template
This template has a focus view, whereby ALL data can be entered and Date Stamped with Today's date. This view is called the Date of Entry view. Subsequent to entering ones data, it can be transferred to the appropriate folder. This approach facilitates brainstorming, which allows one to enter data free form WITHOUT knowing ahead of time which folder it will ultimately be placed in.
This template comes with many filters. One of which is called the Today's Items. This MEGA filter gathers all:

This template has received very favorable response from the many managers that have used it.
This template is my Manager's template with Project Management included. If you monitor multiple projects and would like to track the multiple tasks associated with these projects, then this template is for you. I have added a separate Projects Notepad to this template with extensive directions on how to monitor a particular project.
WuProject has all of the filters and notepads that are included in the Manager's Template.
I have created a legal template that has streamlined the work process for attorneys using Ecco Pro. WuLegal is based on the Uniform Task-Based Budget and Billing Format. The format is divided into five basic phases of litigation + expenses:
These five phases are then divided by subtasks. For example, Strategy/Analysis is subdivided as follows:
Expenses are further divided into subexpenses and has its own separate Notepad.
There is also a Documents notepad that will allow you to track your
documents using the Bates numbering schema.
Documents can be tracked
by:
The list above can be modified to your particular practice very easily.
Every item entered in the Date of Entry view (which is the focus view) is given a Task which is subsequently assigned a time. These tasks can then be grouped and monitored by case, task, hours worked, etc. All this is done via filters and notepads which are incorporated into the template.
The template was designed with the input of several attorneys from different areas of expertise. Consequently, it can be used in various areas of the law. WuLegal will also track all Future Court appearances and appointments in their own separate notepads. Any items with their date = Today such as Appointments, Court Dates, Reminders or Ticklers will show in your Date of Entry view automatically. I have incorporated several other notepads that will allow an attorney to get at just the data one needs.
For example, it was highly requested to have a notepad for tasks that have been delegated. This notepad in turn is broken down by person reponsible for the task, Status Date, and Needed by Date. Tasks that you are solely responsible for are tracked separately.
The Delegated Work notepad will also allow you to track all Status Meetings and Needed By Dates. These last two items, in addition to the To-Do items can also be tracked in an Overdue Work Notepad.

In summary, this template will allow you to brainstorm on various topics relating to a case and then you can transfer this data to the appropriate folders, subsequent to data entry. There is NO need to worry about where things should go before the data is entered. The template is very forgiving in this respect.
In addition, this template will allow an attorney to monitor the time associated with each particular phase of a case and then be able to track the billable hours per Task and by case.
This template can be used by individuals who manage apartment(s) and need to track repairs, inspections, rent payments, tenant repair requests, correspondence with a tenant and any projects related to a given property. Please read on, if you feel this template may be of some help with your property management.

This template was created for anyone who needs a tutorial on Contact Management and how it can be incorporated into Ecco Pro, but specifically this template was written for a Stock Broker. This template will allow one to maintain a History File which is incorporated under each contact's name. Using the new Query Function which is now an option in the PhoneBook notepad, one can build sophisticated rules to ferret out the data that is embedded in the History File.

This template was created for anyone in academia who wants to plan their syllabi, monitor research projects, committee meetings, courses and personal vs. business tasks.
